Samui Villas & Homes rebrands as Luxury Villas & Homes

Island Property Services Co., Ltd. (IPSL) recently announced the launch of the new Luxury Villas & Homes brand, bringing together the company's former luxury villa management and rental companies Samui Villas & Homes and Phuket Villas & Homes.

"We decided to rebrand with the name Luxury Villas & Homes so there is more of a unified identity going forward," says Wayne Hue, director of sales and marketing.

The Thailand-based company was started over a decade ago, when it began managing a handful of private residences on the resort island of Koh Samui, before expanding its portfolio with the launch of Phuket Villas & Homes in 2007. In the coming months, IPSL will be expanding its portfolio even further to include villa properties in Bali and other resort destinations, which will all be marketed under Luxury Villas & Homes brand.

"We strongly believe there is cross marketing potential to offer exceptional properties in a wider geographical reach to both our loyal client base, as well as to new guests," says Hue, before adding the company have also expanded it's marketing team to provide personalized services to both property owners and villa guests.

The move coincides with a new website and Facebook page, which the IPSL believes will showcase a fresh and modern look to reflect the new chapter for the company. With feedback from villa owners and guests, the online portals were designed to be comprehensive and user-friendly, featuring the best private rental villas on Koh Samui, Phuket, and other sought after holiday destinations. Special offers and seasonal promotions are regularly updated on the Facebook page.

"We are seeing demand for holiday villas increase steadily," says Hue. "Villas that tick all the boxes in terms of facilities, location and price do very well, and with guests looking for better, more competitive options, our ability to offer private villas as corporate retreats, and especially as wedding venues with a professional events team also helps us meet our guests' expectations."

The Group's local Thai management companies include Samui Villas and Homes Co., Ltd and Phuket Villas and Homes Co., both of which have become market leaders in the management and rental of luxury private villas in Southeast Asia.
