Dhevatara Cove Estate, which occupies the southern end of secluded Lipa Noi bay on the unspoiled east coast of Koh Samui, consists of six separate beachfront villas, four of which are available for rental: Baan Chang, Baan Samlarn, and Villa Haineu. Secluded at the southern end of the beach and sheltered by a landscaped headland, the 5-bedroom beachfront villas are distinguished by palatial proportions enhanced by uninterrupted sea views. Beyond the privacy of a freestone front wall, the initial focal point of each villa is a tall central reception, with east and west glazed screens, designed for receiving guests, dining or simply relaxing and enjoying the cooling breeze.

Good to Know
The estate consists of Baan Chang, Baan Samlarn, and Villa Haineu. All villas in the estate have 5-bedrooms each with a similar layout but Baan Chang is the most expansive and exclusive of all the villas.
Standard Capacity: 10 guests per 5-Bedrooms villa.
Sauna & Fitness Centre is shared among the villas in the estate.
Other facilities: Kayaks (2-seater), Hobie Cat, 2 luxury vessels for guests to charter (charges may apply).
Weddings and parties can be held on the beach or in their tropical gardens beside the pool in selected villas.
Events
Weddings & Events
- If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.
- Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
- Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
- Dhevatara Cove Estate villas can be rented individually to hold events/weddings. Each of the villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests). Please note that Baan Chang can accommodate up to a maximum 50 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests).
- Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
- Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
- Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
- Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
- Event guidelines and accurate quotation are available on request only.

- Rates include welcome drink, daily breakfast, gym, WiFi, services by villa team including villa manager, housekeeper, and chef, and 1x round trip airport transfer.
Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service
- Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Airport Transfers Inclusion
- Rates for Dhevatara Cove Estate includes 1 x round trip airport transfer :1 van only for each way for each villa booked for 4 bedrooms and below; or 2 vans only for each way for each villa booked for 5 bedrooms and above (7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).
- Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).
Extra Bedding & Child Policy
- Extra beds may be available at USD 50++ per night per person (includes breakfast).
- Baby cot provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
- Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.
- Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.
Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
