Featuring an array of leisure amenities, including table tennis, foosball table, bicycles, and kayaks, Villa Roxo caters to both active group getaways and laid-back family vacations. Featuring two sumptuous master suites and two guest bedrooms, the villa is thoughtfully designed to pamper guests. • Floors: Sava Villa 6 - Villa Roxo occupies three floors:

  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, entertainment room, a games room with foosball table, table tennis and mahjong table
  • 2nd Floor: Indoor living and dining areas, an open plan kitchen, outdoor dining, swimming pool and a barbecue station
  • 3rd Floor: Four bedrooms including two master bedrooms.

• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 adults.

• Living Areas: The main communal space includes an air-conditioned living and dining room with an open plan kitchen and barbecue facilities at the swimming pool area.

• Pool: Measuring 18m x 4.2m x 1.3m. Saltwater Infinity Pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are six sunbeds, two lounge chairs and 2 pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Delonghi coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.

• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 8. The outdoor dining area can seat 8.

• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the estate gym. Yoga mats are provided at the villa and the deck by the pool can be used for yoga sessions, offering a serene atmosphere and beautiful views.

• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated entertainment room equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix. There’s also a foosball table on the ground floor, a mahjong table, table tennis, Xbox, along with a selection of books and board games. Kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, and swimming pool toys are available for guests' use.

• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.
